Chief Security Architect - Enterprise Mobility -On behalf of our client, Procom KW is seeking a Chief Security Architect for our large, global telecommunications client- one of the top innovative technology companies in the world. This is a permanent full time opportunity based in Waterloo.
Chief Security Architect- Enterprise Mobility Responsibilities
-Design the architecture of complex and holistic enterprise-grade secure mobility solution.
-Work closely with R&D groups and security product managers on the implementation of the systems.
-Provide strong leadership in defining and articulating the most up-to-date mobile threat models in addressing various markets.
-Identify appropriate technology/corporate security policies/data sources and drive the collection of them to effectively defend against these threats.
-Provide in dept guidance on Enterprise Security Marketing Requirements for business units.
-Provide advisory service on industrial security and compliance standards, regulations and best practices.
-Provide technical leadership and governance to the team throughout the entire process.
-Provide active involvement and input to the development of Enterprise Mobility Security policies, standards and procedures.
-Promote the Enterprise Mobile Security Architecture and solutions.
-Perform analysis and evaluation of new and emerging security trends and technology.
Chief Security Architect- Enterprise Mobility Mandatory Skills
-10+ years experience as a security architect with 5+ years experience in the mobile security space.
-Good technical justification on the trade-off between user experience and enterprise-class security.
- Deep experience in designing both device level controls (hardware and software) and device management systems such as MDM, EMM and so on.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience in security related topics such as security protocols, identity management, privacy management, data protection, data leakage prevention, encryption algorithms, secure data transfer, TEE including trustzone, among others.
- Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and security products currently available on the market.
- Masters Degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- Experience delivering in-depth security architect.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and effect change and influence decisions.
Chief Security Architect- Enterprise Mobility Nice-to-Have Skills
-CISSP or other industry qualification is an asset.

Job Description

The Head, Training Unit is responsible for developing,facilitating and providing training needs and presentations. Also responsible for providing logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities 

* Developing, implementing and monitoring training programs 
* Supervising technical training for staff. 
* Conducting and coordinating orientation sessions. 
* Creating training materials. 
* Deliver / Facilitate training 
* Develop and creating training materials, visual aids and presentations. 
* Create testing and evaluation processes. 
* Prepare and implement training budget. 
* Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly. 
* Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) evaluations. 
* Providing Cornerstone with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. 
* Manage staff of classroom facilitators. 
* Provide Training Needs Assessment feedback. 
* Build solid cross-functional relationships. 
* Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management. 
* Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets. 
* Assist with the development of strategic plans. 
* Developing a training plan 
* Working with internal & external training providers to develop suitable content for the courses. 
* Manage a team of staff

Requirements 

* 3-5 years working experience 
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 
* Previous Experience in Training or Sales
* Professional Qualification in Human Resources or Communications 
* Excellent English verbal and writing skills 
* Strong self-organization skills 
* Effective communication skills 
* Effective analytical and problem-solving skills 
* Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical employees 
* Knowledge of Insurance would be an advantage 
* Willing to travel to different branches and training locations nationwide. 
* Working hours - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Monday to Friday), however flexibility is highly required as weekend trainings may be regular
